Bar Facility
- Indication should be given as to type of bar service preferred.
- Three Options of Bar Service: 1.) Open Bar Tab with Limit, 2.) Cash Bar Facility or 3.) Tab for Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks Only, Cash Bar for Spirits and Shooters
- Please note that Buitengeluk is a fully licensed venue.
- We do not allow any beverages (Alcoholic or Other) to be brought onto the Estate. This rule is strictly enforced, a fine of R500.00 per bottle will be charged to the Hosts Account and the culprits will be escorted off the estate
- However should you wish to supply your own wines or sparkling wines, prior arrangements can be made with management where upon, a corkage fee of R50.00 per 750ml bottle opened is applicable.
- Wine lists must be finalised four weeks, prior to the function.
- If you require a Wine not currently on our wine list, we can supply you with a quotation to stock it in for your function.
- Arrival drinks can be catered for on request.
